Boss Fighters QR combines the classic elements of a card game with the technological benefits of an app, to create an exciting and unique gaming experience. In this cooperative game, players team up to battle ten unique bosses, each with individual strengths and skills that react tactically to the players' actions. Thanks to the scan-and-play technology, the app will recognize physical cards via the QR code in a matter of seconds and respond to the players immediately. Giving an engaging and seamless combination of strategic deck building and dynamic boss battles.
At the start of the campaign, each player chooses a hero deck—troll, halfling, dwarf, or elf—and combine it with any one of the four available classes: warrior, mage, rogue, or druid. The app then guides the group through the game and progresses from boss to boss over the course of the campaign. Each boss challenges players with new tactics and attacks that the hero group must figure out before they can defeat it in battle. Once the group is successful, they receive loot cards found in three secret loot boxes. These cards can be used to improve their decks by unlocking new abilities and replacing old cards with more effective options.
Each boss in Boss Fighters QR can be faced at four different difficulty levels – from “ Beginners (for Families)” to “Insane (for Experts)”.
